started back to work a couple of weeks ago so she is running around crazy every
minute of the day. Let's see... what has happened in the last month? We
celebrated Mommy's birthday on July 14 with a nice dinner. That was also the
same day that I had my doctor's check-up and more immunization shots. I was sick
with a high fever all of mommy's birthday weekend. When I felt better, we went to
the pool a lot (which I love) and had some play dates before Mommy started back to
work. We also went to a south Florida FCC dim sum luncheon in Miami Beach
which was very fun. We met some nice families that have adopted children from
China. Mommy and I drove up to Delray Beach one day and had lunch with Nanny
Ruth and Aunt Nira.
Some new things about me... I still love the movie Monsters Inc. and got a big Sully
stuffed animal, I discovered that I like to eat fish sticks just last night, I love
repeating all of the words that I hear, I like Sandra Boynton books, and I am getting
pretty big (although Mommy and Daddy still think I am a peanut)! I have been
reading books about using the big girl potty and watching the potty power video, but
I am not interested in actually using the potty the right way yet. I still like my Dora
pull-up diapers too much. I like to count up to five and tell Mommy and Daddy the
color of everything I see. I know all of my rainbow colors and more colors too! Gigi
and Pa are coming in a couple of weeks so I am excited about their visit. Mommy
and Daddy got fingerprinted today at an immigration office in Miami... they are
working on completing paperwork to adopt a little sister for me. That sounds
exciting.
