Mia Milchman
Nanning
Our last full day in Nanning was quite uneventful.  Jon woke not feeling so well- cold symptoms.  He just got back from his third massage here in China.  He loves
them... I think they are painful torture and could only handle one.  We hung out all day in the hotel.  Jon slept all day and Mia took a long morning nap.  I took Mia
out to the grass after her nap and snapped a few photos of her running around.  She has her new shoes on.  We got her some squeaky shoes, but she was afraid
of them and wouldn't walk when she had them on.  These shoes don't squeak.  In the afternoon, we had a playdate in the hallway with some of the other families.
After our fun, Mia had her first major meltdown.  I think she had an afternoon of grieving.  She was so sad and it was so hard to watch her work through these
different emotions, but I know it is healthy.  I cannot even imagine how she is feeling right now.  Our poor Mo-Mo.  Some of the group went to a Thai restaurant
tonight, but we passed since Mia was having a tough afternoon.  I also had so much packing and cleaning to do since we leave tomorrow morning at 6:30 a.m.  All of
our group is very ready for a change of scenery.  Nanning is okay, but there aren't a lot of shops or restaurants within walking distance so it makes it a bit more
difficult.  Good food has been hard to come by here as well.  Most of us have lost weight.  Guangzhou is supposedly a better place all around.  We will see.
Tomorrow will be Mia's first plane ride so that should be interesting.  It will give us a good idea of what is to come next week on the flight back home!  The babes are
both sleeping so I need to quick finish packing and get to bed.  It is late and I have to get up in a few hours to get ready to leave.  We took a photo of our whole
group with babies so I will post it below.  I will email from Guangzhou tomorrow.
